I find myself barely playing it and almost wish I didn't get it since now I feel guilty it's chilling in my room. Something about the old games was that I wanted to play more, challenge myself, and get better, but this one feels like work. I'm forcing myself to, but inherently I just don't want to. Maybe because it is more complicated with the switching of the buttons and the greater combinations that occur, but I just don't want to play it. It feels like work to get good at this game. I hate saying this however, but this new game. The song selection on there is great (some of the videos get distracting as a backdrop, but whatever.) The in-game set-list sucks at times since you're forced to play some sappy acoustic teen-bob sounding tunes, but most are good. If they boo you, you really feel it! Seriously! The set GHTV is awesome too. They did a phenomenal job making the video backdrop feel like you're immersed in the world. I'm only mentioning this so you understand how much I played the game and I got pretty good. GH3 - The only thing I couldn't get through was Through the Fire and Flames (got about 76% constantly, but couldn't get further). It was fun to go faster, challenge myself, bump up the level, and then try to beat everything on expert. I loved that game and kept getting better and better. I caught the bug in college and couldn't stop playing. The deal is good, but here is my review of the game (not that anyone is asking, but here is my opinion as a dedicated fan to the series).
